AliExpress best sellers list offers weekly best sellers and categorized Hot Sellers for drop shipping. As a drop shipping partner you can quickly view weekly AliExpress best selling products in this section especially for holidays and those operating in niche markets.
The Hot Sellers section is a categorized directory of AliExpress’s most popular products. These are not weekly best sellers on AliExpress, rather, trend based top selling items. Usually products that fall within this category are small products priced between $0.99 and $50 with a more insignificant weight, hence, quick selling.
Next product research method is using Aliexpress best-selling lists.
Head over to Aliexpress best selling (https://sale.aliexpress.com/__pc/bestselling.htm).
You can literally see the top-selling Aliexpress products just in 5 seconds.
How to find AiExpress Best sellers on?
This is going to work a bit differently. This method requires you to do some manual work to find AliExpress best sellers.
Here’s a simple way to do so.
- Head over to AliExpress
- Go to your preferred category.
- Search for the product you are looking for. (Example, iPhone 8 cases)
- Now, filter the results by “Orders” and check “4-star & Up” field as well.
- You will get the iPhone 8 cases with the most orders and highest ratings.
- These are the best selling products in your chosen category.
- Repeat these steps to find best sellers in as many categories as you want.
So we checked out “Retro Style Double Cotton Yard Colorful Pattern Camera Shoulder Neck Sling Hand Strap Belt”:
We can see the exact count that is being sold.
So this particular product has over 42,000 orders so there is a lot of potential in this product and people are taking too much interest to buy this product.

Another method to find hot selling products to sell on your Shopify store is to head over to Amazon bestsellers.
Click on Amazon best sellers it will pull up a list of all the top trending products on Amazon.
Don’t forget that amazon.com is the number one ecommerce platform in the entire world so the products that are selling well in Amazon are also going to sell well in your Shopify store.
This is an absolutely killer way to find trending products to put into your Shopify store so whenever I found my niche specific product that I saw on Amazon I head over to Aliexpress and cross check it to see if I can find the exact same product on Aliexpress.
For instance, I am aiming to sell “Harry Potter Wand” on my Shopify store.
I just typed “Harry Potter Wand” it costs $36.00 on Amazon.
So if I am aiming to sell this “Harry Potter Wand”, I just go to AliExpress to find cheap but exact item.
I typed “Harry Potter Wand” on AliExpress search bar. You can see plenty of options with extremely low prices.
Just import that exact item into your shopify store and start selling 😀
#3 Find Best Selling Products on Facebook
You can use your favorite social media platform to find ideas for best selling products. Since people love talking about their favorite products then what better way to find the most viewed and most talked about products than looking on Facebook.
Here’s how you can find the bestselling products on Facebook.
1. Go to Facebook search and type your broad/targeted keyword. (for this example, we’re using “socks”)
2. Now go ahead and Click on videos. Check out the most viewed videos. As you can see, these two product videos are the most viewed in the top 3 results. Socks with people’s faces on them and Socks with pets on them.
4. Click on the video to see the amount of engagement it received. As you can see, this video received nearly 7.1K likes, 43K comments, and 5K+ shares. That’s the kind of products that sell like bestsellers.

3. Now, click on photos and check out all the top photos that have a lot of likes/comments/shares.
Click one of the photos to see the engagement it received. The image below received 14K likes, 208 Comments, and 800+ shares.

#4 Use Ahrefs to Find Hottest Products
Ahrefs is a great tool for any SEO related activity out there. If you want to find the perfect keywords, content ideas, or anything else for your online business then Ahrefs is a must-have.
Here’s how you can use Ahrefs to find the bestselling products!
1. Go to Ahrefs and search a niche Keywords. (For this example, we’re using “Rugs”)
2. Now click “View All” under Keyword ideas for having the same terms. This will open the list of all the related keywords that have your keyword in them.
3. Chose the right the keywords. These keywords should have:
a- Volume more than 1k
b- Click ability over 50%
c- Your target region (We selected USA for this example)
d- Keyword Difficulty below 10.
Using this metrics, we got the “Kitchen rugs” keywords which satisfies all the above requirements.
4. Go to Google trends and search the chosen keyword which in this case is “Kitchen Rugs”
5. Check both the worldwide and your target region (USA in our case). If you see the trend going upwards (as in the images here), you can start targeting these products because they will sell like hotcakes.
So, this gives you another way of using Ahrefs to find the most trending products and keywords ideas in your selected niche. You can use this method to find as many ideas as you want.
#5 Killer Hack – MYIP.MS
My third product research method to find hot products to sell in Shopify is to use the amazing website called MyIP.ms which allows you to find all of the websites hosted from the Shopify platform. MyIP.ms lists all eStores that are being operated over the Shopify platform. MyIP.ms Shopify directory is the place to be if you cannot find products to add on your eStore.
The brilliant aspect of MyIP.ms Shopify directory is that it can sort Shopify stores by country, World rating, hosting city, and IP address.
Go to IP Owner/Parent IP Owner/Hosting and select Shopify as an owner. See below:
This allows you to see the top 30,000 Shopify stores that are receiving the most traffic to their site and probably making the most sales.
Just scroll down, you will see a list of more than 39000 shopify stores on the basis of their popularity.
These site are actually making thousands of dollars on a daily basis using AliExpress/Ebay or other zero inventory dropshipping model.
Copy the first store URL (https://colourpop.com/) and paste it in to your browser.
Pass additional parameter “/collections/all?sort_by=best-selling” at the end of the URL and base URL will look something like this https://colourpop.com/collections/all?sort_by=best-selling. This technique will give you the hot selling products of any store 😀
Do not reinvent the wheel. Just use the same thing with little tweaks which is already working.

The first product research method is using a website called buzzsumo. Buzzsumo allows you to analyze the best performing content across Facebook,Twitter, Pinterest & Linkedin.
Simply type in the product/topic or a keyword that you’re selling in so if you’re selling sunglasses you type in sunglasses Buzzsumo search bar and it will populate the most trending articles in the sunglasses niche.
Scroll down and we can see “1080P HD Video Recorder Sunglasses”.
On this post it has 2.4K Facebook engagement so we can assume that it is a viral article or a product page which is gaining lots of people attraction on Facebook.
Click on the link it will show you the exact article/product page that is being shared on Facebook so “1080P HD Video Recorder Sunglasses”.
If we scroll down the page, we can see that it is a dropshipping store.
So if you have a dropshipping store which is based on sunglasses, you can just import the same exact product from AliExpress/Ebay and promote it on the same channel where it is getting most attention. You can do the same activity for any niche.
#7 Killer Hack – Shopify Apps
Another clever way to find hot selling products for your Shopify store is to go to Shopify apps. What we basically do here is crosscheck on successful Shopify stores that are already selling successfully. The best products to sell on Shopify would most definitely be listed on prosperous Shopify stores.
Shopify’s bestselling products are waiting to be discovered, listed on popular eStores. To begin, select an app that has good customer reviews, for instance, I selected “Best Currency Converter” that has received 1637 customer reviews.
Now you will get plenty of store links with every single review.
So Shopify changed their app store layout which does away with store links. You can no longer see the links to the stores that have reviewed the app. So, you need to find the Shopify stores by their names. Just Google them.
Once you go to a Shopify store, just add “/collections/all?sort_by=best-selling” at the end of their URL..
You will get most selling or hot products for any niche from any store by using this technique.
#8 Killer Hack – Pinterest.com
6th killer hack to find hot selling products for your Shopify store is to head over to pinterest.com.
On Pinterest you can literally type in your niche and it will pull up the most popular pinned posts across the platform.
Let’s assume that you’re selling “Necklaces” and you you typed in “heartbeat necklace gold” in search bar. Now Pinterest does not show the repins number besides the search result, so you need to just look at the top pins.
Pinterest can literally find the most popular images that are being shared across the platform.
Now head over to AliExpress and type “heartbeat necklace gold” on AliExpress search bar.
You can see that exact product which is available on AliExpress. Choose a supplier who has a very good ratings.

#9 Killer Hack – Google.com
7th killer way to find hot selling products for your Shopify store is to go to google.com and type in myshopify.com + niche. See example below:
If you’re in the cat niche, you may type like myshopify.com + cat. See below. You can see that 4,000,000 stores are available on Shopify for cat niche.
If you are in the jewelry niche, you may type like myshopify.com + jewelry. See below. You can see that Jewelry niche has 6,920,000 stores on Shopify.
By applying this strategy, you may have tons of your niche specific shopify stores in 3 to 4 seconds. Click on any of the top ranked store (other than advertisements). For instance, I have opened the-cats-paradise.myshopify.com.
Once you have opened this store, just insert this parameter /collections/all?sort_by=best-selling after .com and it will look exactly like this “https://monmoncats.myshopify.com/collections/all?sort_by=best-selling”
By doing this small activity, you will have top products in front of you for that particular niche. Just go to AliExpress.
Find that exact product. Import it to your Shopify store & BOOOOM!
#10 Killer Hack – Instagram.com
8th method to find hot selling products for your Shopify store is to head over to Instagram.
Let’s assume that someone is in jewelry niche.
Type #necklace in search box.
You can see on #necklace, Instagram has over 15,756,147 posts.
Let’s click on 3rd result.
You can see that this post has 2900 like in just 10 hours.
Just go to AliExpress and find this bracelet by inserting this keyword “jesus bracelet”
You can see the exact bracelet is available on AliExpress. Just import it on to your Shopify store and start selling 🙂
#11 Killer Hack – Find Best Selling Products on eBay
Here’s how you can easily find the best selling products on eBay.com with Watchcount.com. Watchcount lets you search for different keywords and shows you how those products are doing on eBay so you can check your preferred items.
Here’s how to use Watchcount to find the best products on eBay.
- Go to Watchcount.com.
- Click on Most Watched 2.0.
- Before inserting any keyword in search field, select your preferred country.
- Now, type your product Keyword in “Search Keywords” field for instance “necklace”.
You will get the most trending eBay products below that will educate you what to sell online in necklace category that may help you to earn more money.
This way you can do research on multiple different keywords and find the next best seller for your online store.
#12 Killer Hack – Google Trends
Google trend is by far the potential, easy to use and free tool that comprehensively tells you about the product trend from all over the world.
Just type the keyword in the search box of Google trends and it gives the data from 2004 to past hour.
Let say the niche you are willing to enter is the travel accessories. Therefore, I have searched for keyword ‘Hiking Shoes’ in google trends.
Check out what Google trends has to say about it.
I see the worldwide trend and set the time 2004-present it shows a projected rising trends for hiking shoes that means the demands is going to rise for hiking shoes.
Evaluating a graph of longer period gives the idea about the demand of a product in certain period.
As you can see the trend, the demand of hiking shoes slows down in same patterns so you will know about the right time, when to take this product out of market.
Now, if you scroll down you can see the trend of the product in specific regions.
Now compare the keyword in different trending regions.
Here is how to do that.
First, change the worldwide to the country where it is trending.
Like I select USA as it is trending there.
Now click ‘compare’ enter the same keyword and choose different regions by changing the filters.
All the top three regions, USA, Singapore and Malaysia showing a rising trend for hiking shoes you can add more regions to compare by ‘add comparison’.
Scroll down and you can also see the other potential keyword related to your main keyword.
That’s how you can find the perfect niche by Google trends.
