When you compare Printify vs. Printful, you will notice that Printify does shine in many areas. It provides cheaper prices overall, faster shipping times, and great customer service.

However, when it comes to shipping rates, Printful does take an edge because they have very competitive shipping rates, but the difference in lead time can pretty much make up for it.

Printify is definitely not as popular as Printful right now, but the company is definitely on the right track with its features and customer support. It won’t be long before they give Printful a tough run for its money.

Printify Pricing Plans

Printify offers three pricing plans that are,

Free Plan – 0/month, 5 stores on one account

Printify Customer Reviews

Before making any decision, I always recommend checking customer reviews because no can tell you better than the one who has actually used particular things.

To check Printify customer reviews, I went to Shopify App’s Printify Review page.

Here are the overall stats of customer reviews.

81% reviewer gave 5 stars

7% reviewer gave 4 stars

3% reviewer gave 3 stars

2% reviewer gave 2 stars

7% reviewer gave 1 star

It receives an overall rating of 4.5 stars that is pretty impressive.

I am mentioning here both negative and positive reviews that you can consider it like the pros and cons of Printify.

Here are some customer reviews of Printify that review maximum votes/impressions.

Majority of the customers have one opinion in common that Printify makes it very easy to start and run a proper POD business.

Now, look at the reviews of the customers who had a bad experience with Printify.

The bad reviews pointed out the mistake in printing and design on the product.

A bad experience could happen to anyone, so I would recommend having a test run to satisfy with product quality and design before selling it directly to your customers.

Hi just started to sell my prints online but frustrated to find that when try to reduce your carbon footprint and use a UK Print company as advertised on Printify, the costs are so expensive, its cheaper to use an American company and get it shipped..frustrating…

Also people forget that Etsy takes a 4% transaction fee and there is a listing fee for every product listed…the bottom profit line may not be as sweet as people think.

    Great blog, useful article.

  2. They just destroyed my store. After I connected their store to my site, it got down and the actual response from their support team was in 15 hours.
    Dreadful experience!

  3. I have tested printify gallery canvas products and they are excellent. Print quality is excellent and are sealed and ready to hang. I developed over 500 products using rain forest images I took. Their support (QA) has been great to help me avoid mistakes and polish my offering. I have two stores using them – one in shopify and one in etsy.

Since they have many printers/products – quality issues are hard to compare without being specific, and it may also be subjective. But their QA dept does check products before sending and will contact you if they see something off.

  4. George Ragei says:

Other Printify reviews that I have come across on the Internet state that Printify is a lesser company than Printful and offers lower quality products and print? Is that true?

    • Adil Malick says:

Printify is one of the top print on demand companies available out there. It’s definitely one of the top competitors to Printful and offers highly competitive rates while also offering high-quality fabric and print quality. You will have to test it yourself to see how it fares against other services.
